City of Cleveland Celebrates Black History Month

The City of Cleveland kicked off Black History Month celebrations with an Opening Ceremony in the City Hall Rotunda. This celebration incorporated great food from Zanzibar Soul Fusion with entertainment from local choirs, soloists, and instrumentalists.
