Homeless Prevention Program Flyer
This short-term program, funded with federal stimulus dollars, provides case management services for limited income Cleveland residents 60+ (or disabled 50+) at risk of becoming homeless. This service is intended for those currently homeless, at risk of eviction, living in condemned property, or temporarily living with others. Service is provided by the City of Cleveland Department of Aging which also collaborates with Fairhill Partners to assist homeless persons needing help to obtain housing.

CMHA is responsible for the management and operation of the local public housing program and administers rent subsidy programs to provide eligible low-income persons good, safe, affordable housing. CMHA maintains an accredited police department to ensure safe places to live and work, and a social services department that develops programs to enhance the quality of life of its residents.
