The office is responsible for the administration, monitoring and enforcement of the City’s minority and female-owned business enterprise programs; the new programs for smaller, local businesses; and Fannie M. Lewis Cleveland Resident Employment Law programs.

Health Construction Program Holds First Graduation
The Building Blocks Health Construction program held a Graduation Ceremony at Windows on the River. Classes were taught by Skanska Shook, University Hospitals and Cleveland Clinic professionals. -more
