Public Safety Recall and Promotion

Mayor Frank G. Jackson administered the oath of office to thirteen patrol officers and seven firefighters recalled to duty from layoff status to replace officers and firefighters who retired within the past sixty days. State Farm Insurance: Donation for New Fire Safety House
The Division of Fire received $45,000 from State Farm Insurance Company which will be used to purchase a new Fire Safety House to teach children and adults how to plan and practice escaping from a fire.   more
