Signing up for our EZ-Pay means that you are authorizing Cleveland Public Power through our authorized payment vendor to deduct or withdraw from your bank account a specified dollar amount to settle or pay for your Cleveland Public Power electric bill(s). The amount withdrawn from our customer's bank account are based solely on many factors determined by our billing department.EZ-Pay is not a Credit Card Payment option. Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm.
408. Where is the Division of Water Pollution Control located?
Contact Water Pollution Control at 216.664.2513 for a thorough investigation of the City's sewer. Notifying WPC prior to contacting a plumber may save you unnecessary expenses.
410. Water is coming up into the street - who do I call?
If it is raining when the street floods, contact Water Pollution Control at 216.664.2750. If the weather is dry, contact the Division of Water at 216.664.3060.
