DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY DIVISION OF NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICES Cleveland Action to Support Housing (CASH)
Creditworthy (bankable) homeowners may obtain low-interest rehabilitation loans through CASH, a partnership between the City of Cleveland and 13 financial institutions. The program operates citywide and offers interest rates determined by the value of the property and borrows ability to repay the loan. The maximum term is 12 years. There are no income limitations.
