Brownfield Technical Assistance
The City of Cleveland has a skilled, highly professional staff with a great deal of experience in the area of Brownfield Redevelopment. While the City primarily puts its resources into the Landbank program, the Economic Development staff is knowledgeable about other Brownfield Redevelopment Resources and can provide information on potential funding sources.

Each time a vacant Brownfield site is returned to productive use, Cleveland benefits from new tax revenues and increased sustainability of the region.
