Technology Business Grant Program
Application Form
This program is designed to attract new technology businesses to the City of Cleveland while helping to reinforce the City's ‘brain gain’. Grant assistance can be applied to both new and existing technology businesses with strong prospects of growth and commercialization of proprietary technologies.
The grants are structured to support emerging companies with a cash infusion. Attracting and growing these businesses will help to increase property values throughout the City as well as provide job opportunities.
This additional capital will also allow for technology companies to grow, therefore providing new tax revenues back to the City. Projects are screened and selected based on job creation prospects, viability of intellectual property and prospects for the successful commercialization of the technology.
