To provide information that is stored, transmitted, and/or processed
by technology to all areas of the executive, legislative, and
judicial branches of city government.
The Division of Information Technology and Services supports
services including information technology planning, applications
development, hardware and software acquisition, management
of telecommunications, and technical support. The Division also
manages the City’s server-farm operation, data/voice
communication network, the Information Center, and the once
automation responsibility.
APPLICATION
AND
COMPUTER NETWORK APPLICATIONS
This section develops, installs, and maintains the application
and network infrastructure for the citywide enterprise.
TECHNICAL
SUPPORT SERVICES
Technical Support Services provides overall technical support
for the planning, development, evaluation, installation, maintenance,
and inventory of the system hardware/software environment for
the City of Cleveland.
TELECOMMUNICATIONS
DELIVERY SERVICES
Telecommunications Delivery Services provides effective and
cost-efficient communications to the City of Cleveland.
