The Division of Parks, Recreation and Properties
Administration is responsible for developing, implementing and
monitoring all services provided by the Divisions within the Department.
The primary objective is to conduct research into
the activities of the Department of Parks, Recreation and Properties,
evaluate all program and provide direction and solutions (to the
Divisions managers) on operational problems, concerns and opportunities.

To provide supervision, management and control over
divisions of the Department of Parks, Recreation, and Properties.

OBJECTIVE:
To provide successful and efficient management
of the Department of Parks, Recreation and Properties.
ACTIVITY:
Coordinate and enforce all personnel procedures,
policies and disciplinary actions.
Prepare and monitor budget revenues and expenditures.
Investigate specific operational concerns of
the Director and recommend procedures required to adjust service
activities.
