Square, please fill out the Special Event Permit Application
(download from above link) and fax it back to 216-420-8122.
- The Office of Special Events works directly with the Greater
Cleveland Film Commission on all commercial film, television,
video and photography projects. For information on filming, using
City properties, or to start the permit process for the City of
