The Department of Parks, Recreation and Properties is responsible for planning, constructing, operating and maintaining all City owned parks, playgrounds, golf courses, cemeteries, greenhouses, parking facilities, markets, and the Cleveland Convention Center and Stadium.

The two major funding sources for program activities are the General Fund and the Enterprise Fund:
