Three Steps to Becoming Prepared
Disasters disrupt hundreds of thousands of lives every year, each with lasting effects—people are seriously injured or killed, and property is damaged. Prepared residents have lower anxiety, are less fearful and have a better chance of avoiding consequences.

Watching this short video by Ready √ and using the checklist to prepare a kit completes the first step in becoming prepared. Putting together emergency plans for home, work and school are the second step, and the final step is becoming informed about the types of emergencies that could affect the Cleveland area.
