The Division of Public Service Administration is
headed by the Director of Public Service. The primary function
of the Director's Office is to coordinate the activities of the

The Director and his staff have taken the initiative
in establishing new programs and polices for the carrying out
of the Department's basic functions. A few of these are the establishment
of a snow and ice control program, the application for recycling
grants programs, and the development of a major bridge and street
rehabilitation program.
