The Department of Public Utilities is comprised of the following cost centers: General Administration, Radio Communication, Fiscal Control, Water, Water Pollution Control, and Cleveland Public Power. The Department is self-supporting but participates in obtaining Federal and State grants for various improvements when these moneys are available.
