WEAK OR WEEK

Weak - adjective:

  1. Not having strength, power, or energy: The flu left him tired and weak. That is so weak an excuse that it is hard to believe.
  2. Likely to fail or break: Don't lean on that railing, it looks too weak to hold you.

Week - noun:

  1. A period of seven days in a row: We are leaving sometime during the thirdweek of the month.
  2. The part of that period of seven days during which one works or goes to school.
