Mayor Frank G. Jackson Improves Handling of Deadly Force Investigations

CLEVELAND , February 15, 2006 – Mayor Frank G. Jackson will announce an on-going effort to heal the breach between the Community and the Division of Police, with the City of Cleveland implementing new policies in the handling of deadly force investigations. Mayor Jackson will be joined for the announcement by Law Director Robert Triozzi, Interim Public Safety Director Martin L. Flask, Interim Chief Prosecutor, Anthony Jordan and Tom Jones, Chairperson of the Civilian Police Review Board.
