CLEVELAND, March 27, 2006 - Effective Monday, April 3rd, 2006, construction will resume on the resurfacing of Lee Road between Miles Avenue and Invermere Avenue. A traffic zone will be established between Harvard Avenue and Invermere Avenue, restricting traffic one lane in each direction for the duration of the project. Phase 1 of the project between Harvard Avenue and Miles Avenue was completed last year. Phase 2 will be between Harvard Road and Invermere Avenue and will consist of milling the asphalt surface, applying a new asphalt surface and replacing curb ramps to meet current ADA standards. Access to the abutting residential and businesses properties will be maintained but on-street parking will not be permitted in the construction zone. The project is scheduled for completion by August 15th, 2006. Total cost of the project is $915,000.
