Overview
The waste collection fee was instituted to partially recover the costs in providing waste collection services. The monthly rate is $8.75 per unit for City of Cleveland property owners.
Property owners may file for an exemption due to vacancy, property ownership change, or if the property is serviced by a private hauler. To file an exemption, please complete the Residential Waste Collection Fee Exemption Request Form.
